An AI answer is one reply your assistant sends to a customer. Messages your team answers by hand are not counted. On Growth and Pro, past your monthly amount the assistant keeps answering up to half as much again, then pauses; on Starter it pauses at the monthly amount. Either way, new chats route to your team so they still reach you. Prices are shown in US dollars, and the currency you are actually billed in is set by the country on your account, not by the language of this page: where we bill in shekels, the shekel price for the plan already includes VAT, so nothing is added at checkout and the amount on the payment screen is the amount debited. The dollar prices are quoted without VAT — tax on an international sale belongs to the payment provider that settles it rather than to this price list — and that international route is not open yet. Every account starts on a 14-day Starter trial; paid plans are activated from the dashboard.

Pricing questions
How much does it cost?
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Meta charges its own WhatsApp messaging fees based on usage, and those are billed separately from your OMAI plan.
How does the free trial work?
You start with a 14-day free trial on the Starter plan, with no credit card. The trial simply ends after 14 days — you are never charged unless you actively choose a plan and enter payment details.
How do I delete my data or disconnect?
Open WhatsApp Connection from the main menu to disconnect — that stops message delivery but keeps your stored data. To have your data removed, submit a deletion request from Settings → Account & privacy, or follow the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
