An AI answer is one message your assistant sends to a customer — messages your team answers by hand are not counted. Prices are in shekels and shown before VAT; the VAT-inclusive total appears beside each plan and is the amount actually debited. On paid Growth and Pro, past your monthly amount the assistant keeps answering up to half as much again, then pauses; on Starter it pauses at the monthly amount. During the trial the assistant runs with Growth capabilities and pauses at 4,000 answers. Either way, new chats keep routing to your team. Meta bills its own WhatsApp messaging fees separately, under its own rates. Need a new WhatsApp number? A business number can be added for a monthly fee (VAT included); see the help centre.

Pricing questions
How much does it cost?
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Meta charges its own WhatsApp messaging fees based on usage, and those are billed separately from your OMAI plan.
How does the free trial work?
You start with a 30-day free trial with full Growth capabilities (up to 4,000 AI answers during the trial), with no credit card. The trial simply ends after 30 days — you are never charged unless you actively choose a plan and enter payment details.
How do I delete my data or disconnect?
Open WhatsApp Connection from the main menu to disconnect — that stops message delivery but keeps your stored data. To have your data removed, submit a deletion request from Settings → Account & privacy, or follow the instructions on the Data Deletion page.
