Terms of Service

The service

OMAI provides a platform to connect a business’s WhatsApp Business account and deliver automated, AI-powered replies to incoming messages, including inquiry filtering, lead capture, and human handoff. Use of the service is subject to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Account and user responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use of WhatsApp is also subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta’s policies (Business, Commerce, and Messaging).
• You must ensure you have the necessary rights, notices, and consents (opt-in) to message your customers, as required by law.
• You must not use the service to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or anything that violates Meta’s policies.
• You must not use the service in prohibited or restricted verticals under WhatsApp/Meta policy, unless permitted by law and approved in advance.
• You are responsible for the content and information you enter and for messages sent on behalf of your business.

AI limitations

Automated replies are AI-generated, are for informational purposes only, and do not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). They may contain inaccuracies; the business is responsible for supervising, reviewing, and intervening as needed, including via human handoff.

Payments, trial, and cancellation

Plans, prices, and usage quotas are shown at sign-up and include a trial period. Messaging fees from communication providers (such as Meta) may apply based on usage. You may cancel your subscription from the dashboard; your plan then runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Non-payment may lead to suspension of the service.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided “AS IS.” We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Subject to law, our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and disconnect the WhatsApp account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service for a breach of these Terms or Meta’s policies, or for abuse. For data deletion, see Data Deletion.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
